Is black-out paint better than grinding?
Black-out paint is cheaper and doesn't damage pavement, but ghost lines can show through over time. Grinding fully removes lines but scars the asphalt. We recommend based on your surface and how soon it will be sealcoated.
Can you just paint new lines over the old ones?
Only if the layout is the same. If stalls move, old lines must be blacked out or removed, or drivers will park in the wrong places.
Can you remove lines from concrete warehouse floors?
Yes. Floor tape, epoxy and paint lines can be removed with scraping or grinding before a new floor layout.
