How long does a parking lot take to stripe?
A typical 60–100 stall lot is done in 3–5 hours. Large plazas are split across nights so sections stay open.
How soon can we drive on the new lines?
Water-based traffic paint is dry to the touch in 30–60 minutes and ready for traffic in about 2 hours in warm, dry weather.
Do you stripe in the winter?
We stripe whenever pavement is dry and above roughly 50°F. In deep winter we schedule interior floors and hold exterior work for the first warm stretch.
Can you add more spaces to our lot?
Often yes. We redesign the layout to gain stalls while keeping legal aisle widths and required accessible spaces.
Do you handle sealcoating too?
We focus on striping and markings, and we coordinate with your paving contractor so lines go down after sealcoat has cured.
