Get notices out early so tenants and customers can plan.
- Post notices at entrances and in lobbies
- Email tenants the date, time and backup rain date
- Arrange overflow parking if needed
The day of
We handle blowing and sweeping, but a few things help:
- Make sure cars are cleared from the work area
- Unlock gates or provide after-hours access
- Turn off irrigation that could hit the pavement
After striping
Leave cones in place until the crew or morning walkthrough removes them.

What if cars are left in the lot?
We stripe around them and return for those areas, or coordinate towing with you if that's your policy.
Do you reschedule for rain?
Yes. We won't paint on wet pavement and will move the job to your backup date.
Do I need to be there?
No. We send photos and a walkthrough summary when done.
